1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 7spin.ph platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 7spin.ph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. 7spin.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 7spin.ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 7spin.ph or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 7spin.ph or had your account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

7spin.ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 7spin.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 7spin.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 7spin.ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

7spin.ph reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7spin.ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 7spin.ph does not charge any fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability. GCash and PayMaya transactions are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.

All funds deposited into your 7spin.ph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 7spin.ph reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close any account where it reasonably suspects that funds originate from unlawful activity or that the payment method does not belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. 7spin.ph may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7spin.ph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• 7spin.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on 7spin.ph use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 7spin.ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded. 7spin.ph's decision in such matters is final.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are not subject to RNG. All live dealer tables are monitored in real time by 7spin.ph's gaming integrity team.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7spin.ph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or with any 7spin.ph employee to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain credits or winnings not previously disclosed to 7spin.ph.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, account closures, or self-exclusion periods.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform or interferes with other players' enjoyment of the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7spin.ph Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7spin.ph or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7spin.ph. Any unauthorised use of 7spin.ph's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7spin.ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 7spin.ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7spin.ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, 7spin.ph's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall 7spin.ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7spin.ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

7spin.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic reminders of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

7spin.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, 7spin.ph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method used for deposit.

12. Privacy

7spin.ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on 7spin.ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

13. Amendments to These Terms

7spin.ph may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, 7spin.ph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7spin.ph Platform shall first be submitted to 7spin.ph's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
